虽然过程有点小烦恼。但是经理和服务员的态度、下次真的绝对还会来。很赞这个管理团队！！最后退房也没有催促、还送了小礼物表示歉意。房间性价比真的很好。96大小的房间真的会给你惊喜。早餐比我在国外吃的还丰富。酒吧有点点小贵。但是一切都和国外很像很像。超赞

房间面积挺大，床是1.5米，住着舒服。早餐在四楼，品种偏西式，基本该有的都有。酒店三楼直通苏州中心，里面吃的逛的都有，很方便。入住时接待的帅哥给升级了壮美客房。本来晚上想去楼上的酒吧，但是不开，有点遗憾。

第一次是7年前住的广州W酒店，给我感觉如果用一个字，就是炫！苏州W离炫还有点距离。优点：客房颜色靓丽，科技感还是有新意的，房间面积挺大，床也大，住着舒服。早餐品种偏西式，基本该有的都有。酒店三楼直通苏州中心，里面吃的逛的都有，很方便。

因为住过西安的w酒店，所以苏州w酒店没有西安的那么惊艳，但西安是亚洲最大，所以能理解。交通便利，服务业热情，设施和规模以及房间大小和西安相比逊色点，总体不错。
