环境不错。服务人员都很热情，服务很好。前台，泡汤的人员，还有餐饮部的服务人员，看我们带小朋友，都特别照顾，还送礼物，很开心。

服务员都很热情，服务好，对小朋友特有好，特别表扬一下餐厅的李霞姑娘，人美心善，非常照顾小朋友，我女儿很开心，谢谢！brbr但是要批评同程客服，明明一千一百多的客房就可以送室外温泉，但是忽悠我们一定要住一千两百多的。这个很让人反感！！
