来这里开会，酒店环境特别好，挨着金鸡湖景色优美，晚上出去走走很是舒服。整体服务都特别好，入住时有管家带进门，很热情。退房后发现落了东西，前厅孙静毅很快给我反馈，真不错，点个赞！有机会还会选择这里。

工作人员服务态度非常好，还免费给升了等，房间大了一倍！酒店边上环境得好，还好个星巴克！酒店里有租的车子可以带小朋友出去玩，推荐入住！

酒店位置好，环境好，但设施相对陈旧。最不满意 的是，地下停车场很大，空位很多，却让大量汽车在酒店庭院的路边随处停，孩子骑着酒店出租的自行车在园区玩时有安全隐患

酒店环境很好，独墅湖畔，还免费升级了湖景房，酒店早餐和自助餐也不错，不过卫生间设施有点遗憾，没有毛巾架，导致自带的毛巾和换洗衣服都没得放，洗手台也不够大，其他设施都很好。

呵，呵呵，呵呵呵，性价比实在不高。房费都不含早餐，早餐100一位自助，吃的啥啊……性价比实在太差了！600多，住了这样一间房……没有感受到任何五星级该有的服务
