几年前入住过一次，当时对他的印象还是不错的，这次入住明显觉得客房设施卫生方面都差了很多。首先房间设施略显陈旧，地板很多地方都有划痕。客房的一个贵妃椅搁脚的地方很厚的一层灰，写字台上也有一层灰，卫生方面不是很满意，立即打电话给前台派人再来打扫。酒店环境还是不错的，周边有独墅湖，金鸡湖，还有个教堂，吃完早餐后逛一圈还是很谐意的。酒店的服务还是不错，可以免费租借婴儿床，婴儿推车，还有儿童自行车，双人自行车租借，借一辆沿着湖边逛一圈很不错。泳池有两个，有儿童池和成人池

超大房间，超干净的洁具被褥，超豪华的酒店大堂。服务也超贴心。只是位置稍微有点偏僻，价格稍微有点高。

酒店服务人员都非常有礼貌，主动见面打招呼。室内泳池水温很好，房间也很干净，就是室内中央空调温度太高点
