初次入住体验感很好！前台办理完入住手续又工作人员全程带领至位于5楼的房间，并通知了客房部为我们再添置一双儿童拖鞋和浴巾！酒店的早餐很不错，可选择的品种很多，环境很好！工作人员的培训都很好，待客有道！下次还会再来~~~

酒店位置在独墅湖旁边，可以租借自行车进行游览，需要收费。
酒店的洗漱用品比较有新意，牙刷不错，一次性牙刷在我使用的品类里面第一次没有刷出血的。
其他方面乏善可陈，符合四星标准，但是设计上并无大的新意。
