带客户入住的，周边尽管有些荒但是风景很不错。酒店楼下中西餐厅都还可以，客房环境很好，服务人员的主动性还需要提高一点点，如此就完美了。

很安静的酒店，床也很舒服，每次都会升级房间到别墅房。
湖边空气不错，就是周末带小朋友的家庭偏多，早餐和游泳池都人满为患。

大堂酒廊服务应10点多，不能提供甜点快餐，周边空旷无餐厅无吃饭！不方便，服务员态度不好，很失望，下次不会选择住此处

酒店位于湖畔就似坐落在园林中。工作人员都非常友善，从入住到退房，许爱玲小姐专门赠送了小朋友好吃的水果，倪海月先生专门来询问对酒店的满意度，有什么意见等，整体感觉非常好，其实我看酒店里还有双人自行车，其实可以骑车环湖的，可惜来不及了再来苏州还会考虑入住
