台中最新的高檔飯店， 此次入住行政樓層的威達套房，房間感覺還不錯，br/行政樓層的check in是專人帶到房間辦理而且是跪著幫你辦......br/(不知道是不是中資的關係大陸人喜歡這種感覺)br/我是很不習慣以後一定會堅持要她坐著.....br/浴室非常大且這等級房間使用的是BVLGARI的沐浴組非常好!!br/早餐行政樓層是跟一般的分開在五樓人數很少用餐感覺很好br/但菜色感覺可以再增加只能算及格!!

I stayed here for two nights on a business trip and am impressed with this hotel. I like the design of the hotel; it is very modern and contemporary. The room is spacious and functional. There is a desk provided with multiple connections for your electrical items. The plug points allow you to plug in without an adapter which I find very convenient. WiFi is available in the room and they went further as providing a cable for manual connection. The hotel pays attention to detail and comfort by proving bath robes, iron & ironing board and functional switches by your bed with an alarm clock. Overall, I enjoyed my stay here.

I really wanted to say that this hotel checks all the boxes with large rooms, tv with many and varied channels ( some hotels assume everyone just wants to watch news and sports), a good (not Wow!) buffet restaurant and staff who can speak English but in the end I feel the staff are too new and still finding their feet and ask to get a room facing Shizheng Road, I stayed in 1616 and all I could see was a large apartment building right next door and I felt that I could not open the curtains in case the neighbors looked into my room. The hotel is close to Carrefour supermarket and some restaurants in the neighborhood but a little too far to walk to the department stores.

We paid less than $289 USD but got a suite room with luxury facilities. Tube is by Kohler and shampoo/lotion is by Bulgari. Never saw such high-end brand from hotels in Taiwan. Breakfast buffet provides a variety of cuisines. Everything is better than my expectation. Defiantly would visit again!

Elegant and Grand hotel lobby. Friendly staff and nice reception desk. Facilitated big room. Smooth wifi connection. Good quality of breakfast. Therez a sky lounge, very special in Taichung city. Overall is definitely reached 5 stars.

这是一个全新的酒店......br/对商务人士来说位置好极了。坐出租车十分钟到高铁车站。步行十分钟到购物商场那里有一个很大的美食广场有很多餐馆。br/全体员工服务到位礼貌有加。br/一些地方需要改进。比如对于一家五星级酒店来说自助早餐的种类太有限了、健身房间有点小健身器械少而且健身房里没有挂钟。贵宾休息室里的食物选择有限而且雷同。没有变化。br/也有很舒心的地方比如大型室外游泳池、桑拿房、淋浴水压很好、卫生间用品等都不错。br/因为那个地区在施工所以房间窗户很脏。不过我住哪儿的时候酒店正在清理。br/总体来说住得很不错还有改进空间。

最后这个周末,我跟着丈夫去台中出差。从台北匆匆赶来,早上10点到了酒店,但是他们说到下午3点才开始登记入住。我们申请早点儿登记入住,但是他们回复说房间还没有准备好。丈夫早上11点有个会要开,因此我们没时间洗漱了。我被领到氧气房等着,就在游泳池和健身房区旁边。等他们把我们带到了房间的时候确实是中午了。这家酒店很大,真的很搞不懂为什么我们的房间还腾不出来。真奇怪。忽略宾馆房间的那四面墙不计的话,房间还是很好的。有些普通了。晚上我们想去楼顶的酒吧,但是因为恶劣的天气原因没有开门。我们在Soluna餐厅吃的午饭,服务员很专注,但是上菜等了很久。我等了那么久都没有上面包。晚餐是在The Prime餐厅吃的,那里可以欣赏到美丽的台中风景,餐厅里的装饰非常可爱。工作人员服务极好。然而,我点了两个主菜,一个当做我的主菜,一个当做我的正餐。丈夫点了一个正餐。他的正餐和我的主菜一起上的。当我坐着吃我的第二道主菜的时候,丈夫还在等。我们点的附菜花椰菜一直没端上来。很贵的一顿饭,有点儿小心痛。我敢肯定,最后他们肯定还是会上菜的。
