14年的老飯店，加上台糖公家單位背景，房間設施明顯的老舊了，羽絨被整個是黑的很噁心，毛巾有油耗味，如果以五星級的標準就不要考慮這家，真的名不符實，但如果考慮性價比、周圍環境（文化中心、公園、崇德市場）是自己旅行目標，就可以考慮。飯店整體管理散漫，但服務人員很可愛也算貼心，早餐就普普通通，平日客人少時食物不新鮮感覺有隔夜的。

位于台南文化中心旁，離高速公路也只有3.3公里，停車場，運動中心三溫暖，等等設施也很好，周圍的商家，飲食也很豐富，也有誠品書局商圈真的很方便，算是台南交通比較不壅塞的地段。有百貨公司等商場，公園等等真的很不錯喔！

主要是来考试的，考场里酒店很近。房间很舒服，每天还有报纸，早餐很丰盛很好吃，附近就是公园和许多商店饭店，很方便，住的很舒服。

個人覺得房間設施一般，不過很乾淨。早餐不錯，就是沒有牛肉湯。服務很好。孩子遊戲室一般。可以加床，有停車場，酒店位置OK。
