房間整潔，前台服務員態度親切友善，還會主動帶到電梯前，最後送到電梯時還送個九十度躹弓，贊！會員所有兒童遊樂區，貼心！

酒店非常好，下电梯对面左手边靠里的房间会好些。早餐非常丰盛，品质有保障。离大东夜市有段距离，走路要20分钟，不是每天开，去之前最好确认下。可以在文化中心那侧坐公交，到台南火车站可以租摩托车。酒店对面是商场，附近走5分钟也有逛的地方。

周边虽然不算市中心，但也有个商场可以满足基本需求，里面还有家诚品。早餐真的很好，中西式品种多，提供新鲜水果，自助现煮面条配肉燥超好吃。光是白粥的配菜就有十来样，看得出很用心。

酒店位置相对来说稍微偏了一点，不过酒店服务真的一级棒，人员都客气。门口又直接大巴到台南市内，孔庙、次崁楼等可以直接到达，就是公车的班次稍微少了一点。从大东夜市走到酒店大概需要25分钟，不赶时间可以走走，一路上还能看到很多不同的建筑风格的房子。酒店周边夜宵几乎没有，最后晚上肚子饿到肯德基买了点吃的。
