酒店位置一般，不是在市中心，比较偏。但是酒店的服务非常好，很用心。尤其是儿童游泳池的管理员，非常好，非常负责任。还有，服务态度比较友好。

飯店服務人員素質優良,房間設備整潔及舒適度都很優.
公共設施也很完善.
在自助餐飲部分(本人用一晚一早),以星級飯店來說整體菜色偏少,熱食不熱(微溫).尚有改善空間.

早餐很多选择，游泳池也不错。就是房间设施比较旧一些，对面有个小商场，东西不多，还有诚品书店，可以去看看书。

普普通通，听说南台马上要开皇冠假日酒店了，如果开了，肯定不会选择这家台糖长荣酒店的，太老了，设施陈旧，早饭太单调。

酒店中规中矩，早餐每天都是一样，就那几样菜，每天早上就吃一点点，建议提升一下菜品多样性，希望下次去可以吃到不一样的食物。

酒店本身还可以 楼下的餐厅可以吃饭 日式套餐不错 每次都吃那个栋饭 满满一大碗 周边吃饭的就不打多了 都只是一些小吃

房间比较宽敞，早餐也很好吃。带孩子参加考试的，距离考试的学校不太远，不行15分钟。价格也不太贵，性价比很高的酒店，推荐。

地點方便，對面是百貨公司。酒店早餐非常好，味道一級棒，中式，日式，港式齊全。健身房，泳池也開放。五星級的服務，店員主動，熱情幫忙推行李，開車門，十分貼心，下次去高雄一定會再住。
