我订的是美湖商务标间，该宾馆整洁、干净，也挺暖和，服务人员热情周到，讲信誉，网上订房确认较快，一直给保留房间。

第一，预定的是大床间，去的时候没有预留，只有标间。第二，热水问题，第一个人洗完之后就没热水，去前台问，说是要40分钟水才热，结果等了40分钟水还是凉的，去前台问怎么还没有热水，前台在和别人聊天，头也不抬地竟然和我说“我怎么觉得才过了一会”（我是看着手机倒数的），结果无奈回去又等了二十分钟。还是冷水。因为当天从青海湖玩沙回来一身沙子不洗澡根本没法睡，不得已那晚洗了冷水。（4月底的西宁晚上很冷）。第三，第二天早上退房的时候前台竟然没有人！！我们可是要急着去赶火车的啊！还要我上楼去找服务员？！！！第四，反正我是不会再来了。

还行。就在火车道旁边。就是在哪吃饭你什么方便。在跌道旁晚上睡觉有点吵。宾馆里面都挺好的。
