前台接待的女人一点素质都没有。问她无线网密码多少，她说没有，我是在网上看到她家有房间，到她店里她说没有，晚上明明98元，去她店里她说120元。她店里明明标了价格，她还给我说的最点，后面我在网上订了一个房间，马上又订一个就没有，我老公明明看到她马上用手机关了，然后我又在她店里订一个就是120元，我们订了之后马上网上又可以订了。她是看到我已经订了一个肯定不会走了，我觉得她做生意不是这样的。爱理不理的凶巴巴的。在老家的话我早就想揍她了。外地人千万不去她那个宾馆。

酒店大堂、走廊装修得不错，房间内有些破旧，一个房间一个无线网，移动宽带机顶盒，可看直播节目，可点播电影 综艺节目 动画片等。在旅游旺季这个价位还算合理。西宁旅游旺季酒店普遍价格偏高，比西安高多了。
