前台服务态度倒是挺好 但是随后入住 晚上没有足够热水也不通知 害人两次洗到一半就没热水了 在西宁那么冷的天 第二天直接冻感冒 问服务员解决办法 居然说不知道 没办法。去的时候房间里还很多苍蝇。

老板人不错，到店前告知订的3人间没有了，经过艺龙协调换了两个标间收一样的钱。但房间临街早上车非常吵，离火车站不远，临时歇脚凑合咯。

美湖宾馆优点是离火车站比较近，公交车只须两站*缺点也很明显，卫生一般，地上竟有瓜子皮，环境一般*好处是房间内有电脑，网速挺快*
