位置不错，房间比较小，服务员态度不错，只是办理入住和退房时间比较长。另外，预付押金刷卡之后，结账的时候却无法退还押金，导致又刷一次卡再交房费，并且原来的700元押金还没退，说等一个星期如果还没退到我的账户再给他们打电话。要是早知道这么麻烦就直接押现金了，刷卡就是为了方便，结果反而麻烦了！等一周看看怎样的结果吧。建议对前台工作人员加强培训，对于苹果支付之类的先进技术要能够熟练操作，以免给客户带来麻烦和不好的体验。
