首先是推荐！酒店软实力很好，服务态度和水平在四星酒店级别来说是无可争议的。就是主楼没有网络这点预定的时候一定要考虑好，当然人家大堂是有WIFI的。主楼的一些设施看起来有点年头了，但是卫生和设置感觉很整洁有序，卫生间打扫的很干净，服务员的反应和服务态度都很满意。下次还会住，性价比很高，服务好！

房间卫生环境不错，标间是个小套间是没想到的，早餐也好。缺陷是大厅没有看到青海的旅游指南宣传，在旅游服务上是空缺。我诚心想包车旅游，前台帮我联系的几个小车司机喊价都太高，想一次挖个金娃娃，那是别想得逞的。
