很喜欢的酒店，带老人孩子来很舒服，服务一流。饼干，水果随便吃。上下午茶从中午11点到晚上10点，很方便。孩子在酒店看投影动画片都不想出门了。😄我们定了两天，老人很喜欢，还想再呆上几天😊位置极佳，楼下就是万达，饭店，小吃很多。以后出门首选美豪。

是一家让人非常满意，还会选择再次入住的酒店，所有的员工态度都非常好，前台和蔼可亲，免费升级了房型，入住体验非常棒，设施完善，先进，舒适感强，最喜欢的是美豪这个品牌酒店最大的特色服务，即：信仼住客，尊重住客个人隐私，入住和退房都极为方便快捷，免查房免交押金，房卡放在房间电话通知退房，文明高效，可与发达国家优质的酒店相比，在西安就入住过一次，极度满意，所以再次入住，一样服务这么好，唯一不足是周边环境有些嘈杂，尤其旁边的KTV很吵，房间隔音效果不太好，入住的客人中有个别素质欠佳的，在楼道内大声喧哗，酒店客服没能劝说，另外就是相对于装修和档次，价格稍贵，但配上超五星的服务还是很值得，比西安入住的美豪还是略显不足，新店继续完善并永久保持吧……
