这个酒店 是我住过最恶心的酒店 没有之一 服务态度极其恶劣 素质极低 我的表丢了问前台 竟然对我爱搭不理的 呵呵 还是我自己去房间找回来 卫生也不好 希望看到的朋友不要入住 浪费钱 还不如去旁边的美豪酒店 嗯

卫生很差，地上都是灰尘，毛发，卫生间很黑很小和马桶在一块，灯不够亮，水很小，洗澡都要洗很久，总台在13楼，不用刷卡都可以上房间感觉很不安全，比起第一晚住的酒店差远了

非常满意，一进门一位叫拉拉的服务员就热情的接待了我们，准备水和毛巾，介绍各项餐饮服务，全程态度极好，一直送至电梯口。类似日本的服务水平，房间设施与图片完全相符，小孩非常喜欢

酒店很好，房间比较大，装修设计新颖，双床房的床比一般的大一些，自助餐较丰富。位置比较方便，处于海湖新区商圈中心，路对面是万达，周边餐饮很多。接待很热情，有毛巾，一个叫拉拉的特好，帮忙安置。酒店注重细节，有免费的早晚茶、零食水果自取，另外电梯口放置有免费瓶装水和纸巾供客人使用，赞👍br美中不足就是B2的停车位较紧张，不好找空位，估计是周末逛街的较多，建议酒店改善一下。谢谢。
