我是通过网上预定的,虽是第一次入住这家酒店,但也做好准备了,没对将入住房间有多大期望,因为我知道这是一家老酒店了,设施肯定陈旧。果然:打开房门,入眼的就是典型的陈旧状况,房间墙纸脱落、污损,地毯脏污,房间内家具设施也是老旧状态(这些就不多说了,让我不辞劳苦大写评价的原因是因为后面的服务…)。再说说服务情况:早晨去吃早餐,入住指南写明早餐时间是7:30-10:00(入住时前台没说早餐时间变了),我9:30去的,早餐已经结束了(我回房等电梯间时,依旧有看到有“糊涂”客人来吃早餐,可见我不是唯一不知道早餐时间变了的人),更奇葩的来了——回到房间我拨打前台电话询问情况,在得知早餐时间确实变了,前台对我没有能吃上早餐表示歉意后,我说:你们的服务真的很差啊!前台回答道:我知道!(我知道!?什么意思啊?原来他们早就知道自己服务不好了?!!不打算改好点吗??!你们要是就打算这样混下去早说啊),面对早知道自己服务差的酒店,作为客人的我还能怎样呢!以后断然不会再住这家酒店!本次订单还有三天时间,犹豫要不要提前退订中…
