我是通过网上预定的，虽是第一次入住这家酒店，但也做好准备了，没对将入住房间有多大期望，因为我知道这是一家老酒店了，设施肯定陈旧。果然：打开房门，入眼的就是典型的陈旧状况，房间墙纸脱落、污损，地毯脏污，房间内家具设施也是老旧状态（这些就不多说了，让我不辞劳苦大写评价的原因是因为后面的服务…）。再说说服务情况：早晨去吃早餐，入住指南写明早餐时间是7:30-10:00（入住时前台没说早餐时间变了），我9:30去的，早餐已经结束了（我回房等电梯间时，依旧有看到有“糊涂”客人来吃早餐，可见我不是唯一不知道早餐时间变了的人），更奇葩的来了——回到房间我拨打前台电话询问情况，在得知早餐时间确实变了，前台对我没有能吃上早餐表示歉意后，我说：你们的服务真的很差啊！前台回答道：我知道！（我知道！？什么意思啊？原来他们早就知道自己服务不好了？！！不打算改好点吗？？！你们要是就打算这样混下去早说啊），面对早知道自己服务差的酒店，作为客人的我还能怎样呢！以后断然不会再住这家酒店！本次订单还有三天时间，犹豫要不要提前退订中…
