春节探亲带家属，家里住不下，就近开了一个房间，一共住了8天。预订时网上有带早餐和不带早餐两种，定了带早餐的，结果入住后才知道春节休假期间没有早餐。春节值班人员很负责，态度热情，服务及时，总体感觉很好的，就是早餐的问题，也不知道艺龙网怎么落实的细节。

前台称是准四星，但这设施太老旧了，壁纸脱落、卫生间漏水、霉臭味大，顶矮，明线杂乱，分明就是招待所的样子。前台服务员的态度也不好，下次不会再住了。

住了很多次了，酒店位置比较好，唯一的缺点就是，每次早上服务员都会在楼道里挨个敲门，很吵，需不需要打扫卫生，其实服务员可以给每个房间挨个打电话问一下，那样就不会打扰其它入住者的休息了，希望能改正一下吧。
