来青海前后几天两次入住，离塔尔寺很近，酒店后面有湖水，早上雾气缭绕很美，房间面积比较大，床感还不错，洗澡水水温和出水量都可以，自助早餐还不错，菜品虽然不多但是吃得比较舒服。但是美中不足的是，客房物品清点不清楚，第一次入住6层六个房间中有一个房间只放了一条小方巾，退房时竟然让我们赔，弄得有点儿不开心。第二次入住3层吸取经验，提前看了一下竟然有两个房间根本就没放小方巾，并且有一盒浴帽是用过的，看来客房部管理还有待提高。l

酒店距塔尔寺较近，步行20来分钟，周围环境不错，服务员很好，但房间太小，且窗户不能开，窗户很脏，房间不透气

去酒店入住，开门后发现有一个服务员在房里，吓了我一跳。服务员说她感冒了在房子里午休，睡在地毯上，无语。
