酒店设施很不错，服务态度也好，我们晚上9:20到酒店，本来厨房快下班了，还给我们做了面条，谢谢！只是面条没盐没味，不太合胃口，基本没吃。

本来预定标准间，非常感谢美女经理免费升级豪华套房。房间面积超大，硬件设施非常好。站到房间和露台上可以看到美丽的湖景、山景使人心旷神怡。傍晚到湖边散步，空气清新，心情舒畅，使人流连忘返。酒店有到塔尔寺的观光车，非常方便。超赞👍👍👍

藏式，有很多去塔尔寺拜佛的藏族人入住，服务我感觉挺可心的。住的商务套房，环境条件不错，去塔尔寺很近，感受到很浓的藏式风格 很特别很新鲜。中餐厅的价格比较合适，有一些菜品内地来的游客会感觉初步体验了一下藏餐。服务员好像藏族居多，很朴实实在。
