酒店內的硬件設施本身不錯的，早歺也很不錯，就是酒店職员服务态度不好，入住時剛好遇上酒店空調在修，没法用，入住前職員也不告知，发现時打去前台问只説：“是的，空調在修理没办法开. ”Wifi 登不上時再打去问，又説“电视能打开就能上网的，你再试吧！”完全没打算幫客人解决问题，而且說話态度也不好。对于一家比较规范的有星酒店而言，這样的服务态度讓人十分失望
