离高速出口不远，对外挂四星，设施算不错的了。房间打扫不太干净，地下有瓜子和纸屑，洗漱台还有头发和皮筋...退房很慢，等了十几分钟...

位置稍微有点偏僻，但是自驾游的话就无所谓，可以停车。国庆节来的，空调很热，卫生也干净，早餐也比较丰富。

非常好，前台男接待很热心。。但是去了青海湖回来决定又住这里。办理入住后发现楼层比较矮，而且打开窗户就是一个平台很轻松就能去旁边的房间，觉得不太安全就和前台沟通，结果前台接待态度也太什么了。说什么有24小时保安巡逻还有监控啥的，你就放心。结果我发现四周没有监控更别说有保安能巡逻到这里来！因为房间的空调不能使用，房间里又很闷热，打开窗户睡是一定要的。考虑到财产安全问题，就协调看能不能换房间，结果说满房。准备问看能不开空调这样窗户关了就不担心安全的问题了。结果前台说被偷盗了我们酒店会赔偿。我去～这种回答请问是怎么培训出来的！
