一流的环境，一流的服务，管家服务很到位，远比之前接触到的那些世界品牌酒店或马代等度酒店地名有实无的“管家”好太多！总之山好、景好，空气好、温泉好、人亦好！点赞👍

这次是第二次到玉温泉了，决定写一点儿评价。酒店的整体环境绝对没有挑剔，坐落在热海景区里，酒店本身就是一个天然大氧吧，温泉也是非常舒服，很适合修养身心。说完了整体，接下来说说细节。1、酒店是管家式服务，我们去了两次，接触了四位管家，有三位的业务能力和服务意识都很符合酒店的星级水平，却有一位姓金的管家，希望酒店加强对其的管理，这名管家连起码的热情待客都没有做到，更不要说是周到服务了。2、希望酒店能提升别墅的私密性和隔音效果。我们第一次去，住的是联排别墅，头两天感觉不错，可是第三天隔壁住进一大家人，入住感受就大打折扣，折腾到两三点都无法休息。第二次我们去定了独栋别墅，本希望能清净，却没想到依旧是能听见各种杂音。希望酒店能在别墅院子里多种植植被，既能提高私密性，也能降低一些噪音。
非常喜欢这家酒店，希望这家酒店越办越好！

这是一分钱一分货，这个环境，这个设施，这个服务真是对得起这个价钱了，非常适合一大家子或者三两家好友一起休闲放松，温泉水一级棒，泡完明显感觉皮肤好滑好细腻，管家式服务也很到位，唯一的遗憾是没有体验一下SPA，只能等着下回了

可以和泰国国际星级酒店媲美，温泉非常好，别墅一家人住太舒服了，每天不限泡澡，前后两个泡池，管家小张颜值高态度好非常赞。国内这样品质的温泉酒店太少了。

预定的时候，感觉价格有点贵，入住以后，觉得值了。首先是管家式服务，无微不至的体贴周到。然后是居然有晚餐，夜宵，早餐。直接包了三顿饭，还有温泉公园门票……呃，另外，感觉像被我们家人包场了，心情大好～下次一定还来。
