房间和周围环境都很好，服务也好，特别是管家小姐 (对不起没记注名字)非常周到，走时家人忘了件衣服电话联系后快递送到！非常感谢！三天住的开心，因人少早餐少了点……总之是一次不错的入住体验。再次谢谢！

酒店不错，有空调这点对有小孩的亲子出游尤其重要，因为冬天早晚温差还是很大的。 管家服务不错。而且还陪着一路浏览讲解热海景区。

很满意的一次旅程，酒店别墅的内外环境非常好，房间够大境观又好，两个小客厅让我们有足够的休闲空间，最适合一家老少七八个人使用。温泉水天然优质，管家小姐温柔体贴，唯一不好地方在于房内卫生间和淋浴房门的设计，容易夹手。
