酒店在腾冲热海景区内，进景区游览不需要门票了，很方便。环境相当优雅，我们入住的是三卧室别墅，还专门设有室外泡池。酒店还为每个别墅配一个管家。但就是有一点做得不好，空调只有晚上七点半到十二点半有，因为腾冲这里温差很大，早上是被冻醒的。希望酒店方能在有所改进，下次来腾冲还是会入住这个酒店。
