酒店的管家服务很到位，对酒店的一切要求都可以通过管家提出，管家会提前询问好第二天的行程，在一天游玩回来之后已经提前放好温泉水、准备好餐食。就在热海景区里，住客可以由管家陪同免费游览景区。

作为重来不点评的人啊。真心点评一次，服务太好了，一家六口渡过愉快的2天。这个酒店设施对得起这个价位不用多说，热海温泉也是无敌，主要是为了温泉而来，这次是第二次来洗温泉，爸爸过生日选择这个高端的酒店，洗完身体皮肤无敌好。。主要是服务的管家点赞点赞，细腻而不啰嗦，非常温柔亲切。全程替老人，2岁的孩子考虑得非常细致。吃饭啊，参观啊，行程啊都太细致了。我没想过国内还有这么好的服务，在马代六星宾馆服务也就这个水平。我爸妈要主动给小费了。
