特别感谢酒店的工作人员。我们由于自己的疏忽，把行李箱落在了酒店大堂，到了昆明才发现。联系酒店后，他们和我们认真的核对了信息，确认是我们的箱子后，帮我们送到长途客运站发往昆明。为他们这种优秀的服务点赞！特别是前台一位姓刀的先生帮我们处理整件事情和帮我们送往客运站的李女士。总之给我们的腾冲之行留下了美好的记忆！

酒店位置很好，周围繁华热闹。酒店是别墅结构，环境不错。房间面积较大，用品不错，入住舒服，早餐丰盛可口。腾冲的热海景区和和顺古镇非常美，值得一去。选择官房大酒店，是一个不错的选择，带着希望而来，不会让你失望而归。
