酒店环境非常的棒，管家式服务也很贴心，泡温泉游泳都很方便。交通很方便，门口就是公交车站。只提一点小小的意见，就是洗澡水忽冷忽热。

住了一晚和顺，果断搬回官房，环境和设施比民宿要强太多，服务也好。唯一遗憾的是20几栋的都被定光了，没抢到。下次要抢先些。

很满意的体验，服务周到，设施很好，早餐很丰盛，温泉泡池的水每天更换。特别赞扬一下服务员韩启存，很细心观察到我们喜欢喝茶，特别增加了一套茶叶，并写了一个很温馨的字条提醒晚间可以有热牛奶的服务，很感动！有机会会再次预定官房，也会推荐朋友来住。
