酒店免费接送机，并且对特殊住房要求能最大化给予满足，服务还是很专业的。甚至比三亚五星级酒店服务都要贴心和让人舒心。主要感觉服务人员挺多的。游泳池和温泉边一直会有三四名工作人员提供帮助，尤其帮助监管小朋友。夜间会送免费热牛奶和点心，孩子很开心。就是离店送机把航班延误时间弄错了

真的是一次很美好的入住体验，虽然设施有些陈旧，不如新装修好的酒店那么有现代感，但干净程度没得说，服务态度非常好，不愧为五星酒店，同时酒店环境也非常棒，花园里很漂亮推荐年长一点的朋友入住，你一定会爱上这里。同时接机的师傅可以提供包车服务，价格优惠全天陪玩，帮预定的门票也都是最低价，感觉像来腾冲后交到的朋友，早餐，晚间牛奶也是棒棒哒，还想再来的酒店！
