非常舒心的住宿体验。环境优美，位置方便，服务周到有温度，出入都有电瓶车服务，随叫随到，晚上有牛奶赠送。母亲在和顺乡游玩时扭了脚，酒店主动换房间，提供轮椅，所到之处都有服务员主动热情帮忙，给父母留下美好的印象。非常感谢酒店工作人员。这是个民风淳朴的地方，下次还会来！

服务不够人性化，带孩子来旅游，想再住一晚上，前台坚决不让住原房间，硬是调到很不方便的位置，酒店服务应该更人性化的为顾客考虑，而不是满脸堆笑而不作为😠

酒店地理位置很好，环境非常好，是花园式酒店，周围吃饭的地方也挺多，最主要的是服务非常好，工作人员热情周到，房间一天清扫两次，晚上还有免费的热牛奶和点心，甚至马桶清扫后还会放上几瓣花，真心住的很舒适。
