说实话，这次入住实在称不上愉快，当天到了酒店，我告知服务台需要一间双床房，但总台服务员先是说网上的订单只有大床房，在我让她看了手机订单沟通后，又说暂时没有干净的双床行政标间，让我十二点之后再登记，我同意了，先去别处办事。下午三点我又到达酒店办理入住，居然告我没有行政标间，只有普通标准间，而且告诉我价格都是一样的，我反问对方，那为什么要在网上标三种房型？反复沟通后，对方给我了一间不知是什么房型的房间，远比他们在网上描述的58平米要小的多，也不是什么行政房，房间脸池的水笼头的水也小的可怜！实在没有精力与他们纠扯，说忍一晩上算了，结果早上六点半又被服务生莫名其妙的敲门声吵醒，七点半又有陌生人敲门，八点半下楼吃早餐，居然要排队才能吃早餐，餐厅一片混乱，不知道什么情况……以前因为住过这个酒店，觉得不错才会再次预订，谁知会是这么不愉快的经历，再也不会入住了！

酒店前台服务很好，我们受到前台多方照顾，表示感谢。只是酒店电视信号要改进改进，电视信号还是模拟信号，太落后了，居民家里都是数字高清信号了。
