7月18日入住过一晚觉得酒店的设施和服务都还不错，临走又订了一晚住宿。还特地选择了21层的无烟楼层，可惜入住体验很差。无烟楼层依旧有人抽烟，洗手间的浴缸漏水还有下水道的臭味，当晚客房部的就派来2位阿姨清扫；淋浴房的淋浴喷头也是坏的；第二天早晨退房客房部经理特地来沟通了情况，希望酒店能改善细节。
