确实是个新酒店，看得出来设施之类的但还算新。退房的时候有一个小插曲，检查房间的时候，卫生员说我们房间的小方巾有污染，是油渍，但这明明就是茶渍，而且是能洗掉的，为此要扣我们一部分押金。后来在我和我的朋友的说明下，这才过去。我想说首先，我去过不少的酒店了，各类的都去过，第一次有人说小方巾的问题。第二，希望能把污渍类型确认后再和客人说可以么？明明是能洗掉的东西，仅仅是因为一时的臆断或者卫生员懒得清洗而发生一些不愉快的事情，不值当的吧？
酒店还是应该加强管理，毕竟新酒店，还是以包容对待吧。
