酒店就在五大道景区最中心的位置，距离民园也很近，所以每次来天津都是住在这里。院子里停车很方便，来住店基本都能停下，甚至好多游客不住店，也都可以停在里面。酒店是老房子改造，所以和五大道绝大多数房子一样，都是高台阶，没有坡道，所以推婴儿车，轮椅的客人可要犯难了，只能手提肩扛，没有点儿力气或者有人配合，基本就别想进门了。

喜欢这座西班牙风格的别墅，周围全是雅致的欧风建筑，街道安静整齐干净，置身这种环境，感觉非常美好，没想到那么多领导人也在此居住过，五大道的别墅公寓群，让我感觉他像一位儒雅的中年男士，有机会还会再去

去一个地方一定要选一个有历史的酒店，可以更容易了解和喜欢这个地方。这个宾馆的地理位置在五大道，很方便寻找一些有特色的美食店。逛五大道也更方便。卫生还行，老宾馆，不能以新的酒店去衡量。反正出门在外自己一定会带上床单枕套之类。特别好的是房间很大！空间很高！阳光很好！就凭这点真的就是很好的享受了！
