酒店坐落在铜仁市委旁边，周围有一片小森林，空气很好；酒店大堂很气派，服务员态度都很好，好像有什么活动，我订的房间没有了，酒店免费为我升级到高级江景房。晚上到时已经是饭点了，直接在酒店吃的自助餐，98元一位，相当的丰盛。唯一不足的是大浴缸旁的电动窗帘坏了，希望及时改进。

这个酒店是我们贵州之行的最后一站，给我留下了极其恶劣的印象和感受。明明艺龙显示已经确认了订单，我之前也已经在线全额支付了房款，到了前台直接说没查到订单。然后全程前台几个人你和它们沟通根本没人搭理你！给艺龙打电话，艺龙联系酒店的说法是现在不方便接电话！让我们继续等着。请问到底是酒店的问题还是艺龙明明没确认订单却在APP上骗人说确认了的问题？！我觉得非常不满意，这是我订了这么久的酒店头一次遇到订单确认后声称不知道的情况！而且还是在一个相对所谓高级的酒店！即使是没查到，在我把艺龙的订单都给前台看的情况下就不理人么？就和你们酒店没关系么？你们就不能和艺龙联系么？艺龙联系了你们就不能好好接电话么？我表示十分不理解，无论这个酒店硬件如何，至少服务不过关，实在对不起自己的星级！
