酒店设施挺好，服务较差，前台办理入住时，服务员给我一张空白入住单子让签字，说是就留个客人的姓名与电话，结果入住房间才发现，给我办理入住的房型不符，我订的观景大床房，给我办理入住的是大床房，这么高端的酒店，诚信这么差！
