卫生:入住时房间里的烟味很重，重新换了间没烟味的房; 设施:1、卫生间的排气扇运转不灵，既无声又没效果，问服务员排气扇是否坏了，服务员说不知道;2、门锁上的内保险扣锁扣不上。3、电视遥控器遥控不灵，原因是电池歪扭坏的，服务员从别的房间换了个遥控器过来。 一年前我也住过这家酒店，当时的设施都很好，一年时间就这样…，早餐:我住了两个，两个早餐我分别是8:30和8:40去吃的，当时的凉菜盘、水果盘、热菜盆大部分都见底了，有些是只剩汤汁了，在我吃早餐的三十~四十分钟内未见服务员来添加，而早餐时间是七点~十点，这不应该是五星酒店的早餐服务吧。以后不会再住这家酒店了
