行李生服务超赞，态度好，服务周到，特别是送机服务更是细心体贴，司机师傅到机场后还主动下车帮忙搬运行李。客房服务及时到位，客房每日清洁整齐。早餐品种繁多，新鲜可口。五星价格，七星服务～棒！

游泳池很棒，海水比石梅湾的差一点，吃饭就是不太方便，要走到商业街才有吃的，可以坐电瓶车到福朋的路口，酒店人很热情，特别是开电瓶车的司机，早餐一般般，没有三亚的丰盛，不太像五星级酒店，房间很大，就是设施有点旧，绿化很多，下次来还是选住这里，喜来登
