服务态度质量很差！和五星标准相差太大！毛巾也只放一块(大床房)住其他城市喜来登都三块浴巾，房间无抽纸(卫生间洗漱台上有一盒)送的水很低档，整体感觉不好！

酒店环境很好，五一期间相对于其他地方的拥挤，这里是个不错的选择。但也曝露了一些缺点，可能酒店平时接待的人不是很多，突然之间接待那么多人有点应付不过来，吃早餐要排好长好长的队，出来一个才能进去一个，餐厅太小了，人这么多应该开辟出新的就餐地点，希望以后能有所改进。
