提前差不多两个月订的山景房，去到酒店说给我升级了园景房，心里开心了一回，漫长的等待终于拿到房卡去入住升级的房间，进门发现房间还是蛮大的，走进去一看，园景在哪？房间在一楼，阳台给2米高的植物遮挡着围了起来，根本看不到外面，难道这就是传说中的园景房，晕倒！赶紧致电客服要换房，客服人员说国庆假期房间都满了很难调整，幸好有阿里帮忙协调，原来的大床房是没有了，换了一间海景双床房，视野超好，就没再多计较了，毕竟大家是出来游玩的，不是来生气的。房间的床很软很舒服，房间整洁卫生，好的地方就不说了，说说缺点：1.淋浴间不知为啥，长时间不用再打开，有股尿骚味，清洁过也一样；2.国庆假期儿童活动一大横幅摆放在酒店显眼位置，但是想参加6号的观星活动，居然说收到上面通知不开，当晚也没有下雨，肉眼都能看到星星几颗，没有任何原因就说活动取消，逗人玩的吧，估计这是免费的，如果收费肯定会开；3.说说室内游泳池，更衣室内只提供毛巾，整间女更衣室仅且只有一个吹风筒，问服务员要梳子，回答说没有，继续问有没有袋子可以装湿了的泳衣，回答说没有，有个淋浴间只有沐浴液和护发素，洗头水都没有，这是五星国际品牌的体现吗？
