一流设施和环境，三流的管理与服务！入住时前台热情推荐升级海景房，入住后在阳台躺椅上被蚂蚁咬了一口，再仔细一看阳台上数不清的小蚂蚁成群结队穿梭忙碌。打电话要求换房间，先来一工作人员带着拖把说清除蚂蚁，之后又来一个人拿着膏药消杀。等了一个多小时不敢开行李。直到离店也没个说法。房间没有设施使用指南，游泳池、健身房、儿童俱乐部、餐厅等在哪，都要电话。

在石梅湾是最好的酒店，风景漂亮，酒店自己的沙滩细而大，海水干净，各种环境不错。酒店设施好，很多人性化的设计和服务，真是有国外的感觉。很不错，值得推荐！

酒店晚上沙滩自助餐品种太少，价格死贵298元/位，晚上8点多用餐个别菜没了也不添加，还没到8点40分饮料啤酒就开始收摊；今天入住三亚凤凰岛酒店自助晚餐338元/两位，169元/位，品种比石梅湾威斯汀酒店多3倍以上，且服务生很热情到位。
