酒店位置无敌，住顶楼的话海景真的好，建议住东面，不要住西面。其他都ok就是房间里竟然有蟑螂壁虎。卫生和服务响应速度比以前住过的其他威斯汀差一些。不过考虑到这个酒店海景秒杀亚龙湾海棠湾的一众酒店，还是可以接受的。

深夜入住，因为第一次来酒店比较大，前台没有主动指引，后来我提出是否有人带一下，才安排了带领，但是也不是很专业，带到半路往前指了一下，这种态度需要改进。
但是酒店硬件整体还蛮不错的。沙滩人少而且很大。

环境和地理位置很好，性价比很高，相比三亚的拥挤这里还算天堂。相比酒店的硬件，服务人员的人文情怀有待提高。因为一般生日都会出去找个好一点酒店度假，这次酒店体验有点差。客人生日当天前台既没有说上祝福，没有升级，没有蛋糕，没有欢迎水果。这些当然不是必须的，但是之前住其他品牌总有这些贴心准备，让你感动难忘。不知道为什么入住率不高的情况下还安排了一个风景明显不是很好的房间。服务培训上真有待提高。
撇除以上，以后纯海南度假还是会选择贵酒店的。

酒店大气，设施新，服务不错，礼宾接待是外国小哥…海景不错，对面是加井岛，海景房离海略有距离，房间7前面有椰子树，酒店整体不是与海岸线平行，而是呈W型的，所以大部分房间不能看到完整的海岸线。周围不远有华润的超市和一些餐厅。有地下停车场，适合自驾。整体不错，适合度假。
