酒店总体性价比还是不错的。首先，酒店地理位置不错，旁边就是公园，步行不到十分钟到海边。其次，酒店的卫生，服务和早餐都不错！最后，酒店的环境不错，很安静～

我的点评两部分，优劣都有:优，酒店离海边比较近，有停车场，价格比旁边的智选酒店便宜，家庭房有电磁炉和小厨房冰箱，比较方便，但是对我来说没啥用。劣:卫生间没门，本就潮湿的房间更潮了，洗澡间很小，没有剃须刀提供，洗澡用品不是一次性的，房间信号不太好，后来发现跟旁边的维斯什么酒店是一家，可是我却花了好价格住进来，无语，早餐无意中发现了笼屉里竟然还有蜘蛛网，有图有真相，果断换了一家。

酒店隔离海边，穿过林海公园步行5分钟。海景无敌美。
早餐品种不错，只是西餐类的咖啡品质有点儿太敷衍。8:00去的时候煎好的鸡蛋有点儿凉。
电梯有点儿晃，需刷卡上楼，和隔壁的另一家酒店式公寓共用一个电梯。
房间内有冰箱，保险柜，拖鞋是二次利用的，带走需收费。
现在淡季，这个价格比隔壁的智选假日更实惠。
厕所的排风系统没有，下水道的味道大，浴室只够一个人刚好转身。这可能是由公寓改造而成的原因吧。

酒店后面就是林海公园（松林氧吧）通往威海浴场，这个浴场沙滩挺不错，海岸很平缓，海水很干净，很适合亲子玩!
