前台服务挺好，主动免费给我们升级家庭海景房，房间可以看海景，只是离海边较远，有高楼挡住一部分，三个大人入住家庭房也行，只是双人床应该是1.5米的。酒店离沙滩比较近，下海比较方便。

超级差的住宿体验，五百加的价格，一百五的档次，居然这么高的评分，携程你收了多少黑钱？除了海景其它一无是处！我不跟五星比，比如家都差的多的多！

基础设施很差，味道很大，房间没有衣柜，入住之后搬来了个衣柜，没有通知客人九就随便进来。真后悔来这里。早餐品类很少，服务员态度也很不好。

我和母亲一起出行，从蓬莱到了威海，明显感觉威海的空气和环境比蓬莱高大上❤️🤗说到酒店，🏨虽然之前蓬莱住的是五星，但是威海这家美伦酒店绝对是不逊色五星，前台美女很nice，由于我妈比较看重风水和楼层，前台美女陪我们看了三次房型，最后还给我们升级海景房，感觉太lucky再说到细节，由于嗓子不舒服酒店还专门安排人员吸尘👍不得不说酒店人员很专业，再说到位置，穿过公园就是海边，简直太方便了。打算连住两天，说实话我出行对酒店很挑剔，不管是三亚还是泰国，但是这家酒店🏨真的让我感觉很亲切很舒服，最后说到最重要的酒店还能加工海鲜，我们打算去市场买了让酒店加工，我和我妈都有想买房的冲动🤗如果还来这边，肯定还来这里。

因为带孩子来威海，本来订的市景房，后来大堂经理得知后给升级到海景房。设施较新，服务周到。早餐品种很全，南北方口味都有
