酒店是长城4星酒店，位置闹中取静，吃住交通便利，酒店前台服务十分主动热情，有宾至如归的感觉，尤其是岳燕军经理在接待和处理问题颇为灵活以及积极的行为让顾客满意。酒店早餐中西合并，品种比较丰富 ，早餐品种中有我最爱吃的培根，这道菜一直是我以为五星酒店的早餐标配之一，欠缺的是烤的不够干。早餐环境卫生，餐筷使用消毒机处理 ，餐盘烘干消毒等符合卫生A级要求，但缺热厨烹饪，餐厅服务员不够主动需要改进。酒店整体卫生干净，地毯略显陈旧，热水很好。

威海阳光大厦地处威海市中心繁华商贸区，毗邻威海 园“环翠楼”公园，距离海边约500米；酒店门口有多条公交线路，周边还有多家大型商场，游玩购物极其便利。服务态度很好！还会送水果和酸奶！值得一去！
