超级惊喜。酒店位置好，在环翠楼公园下面，交通方便，到各景点都近。酒店服务超级好，有送水果，酸奶，银耳羹，下次到威海还会住。忘记拍房间图片了。

住过最好的四星级酒店，服务周到，态度热情，有地下停车场。而且房间免费升级家庭房，房间内有免费水果，因是端午，酒店还精心准备了粽子和银耳羹，非常温馨，真有家的感觉。期待下次有机会再次入住。祝愿酒店生意越来越好。

个人感觉还不错，特别是前台服务非常好，店里的还送的水果和酸奶，把钥匙锁车里了，小美女帮忙联系的开锁公司，非常感谢，反正一句话回家的感觉特别亲切

服务确实很好，帮我们做了升级，还周到的把水果小吃送到房间，位置很好，旁边就是环翠公园，离海边也近，交通购物都很方便，遗憾的是设施老化
