来威海玩儿，从艺龙定的标间，前台美女看我们带着孩子免费升级了家庭房！很贴心！不愧是服务最好的酒店！房间内设施比较旧，但洗漱用品质量都很好。总之服务周到，值得入住。

前台接待笑容灿烂，直接给升级到了套房，客服刘敏还是李敏😜来着，看我一人带娃入住给我她的名片让我有事找她，名片放到房卡袋里，结果后来各种原因换了三次房，名片就随着房卡换掉了，不管怎么样，心里真的很温暖。重点表扬值班客服大姐，忘了问名字了😓，不厌其烦的带我看房间，换房间，一直都是和风细雨的给我建议，一点不耐烦的样子都没有，最近几天跑了三个城市，五星四星都在住，这家算不上设施最好的，但是服务确实应该算最好的，点赞👍

简单说一下吧，整体感觉很不错，酒店环境、设施和卫生都出乎意料的好，尤其是孩子们很开心，尤其是房间内整面墙的景观窗非常漂亮，窗外就是环翠楼公园，匆匆玉翠的山还有蓝蓝的天和浮动的白云，环翠楼就屹立在这蓝天和山体之间，非常漂亮，值得给打算来威海的朋友推荐！
