因为飞机延误的关系，我当天又回到了这个酒店。不过值得安慰的是工作人员的悉心关照，平息了行程变更而带来的心中不快。值班经理:钟璐免费给我升级了房型；前厅代表蔡露露还给我介绍了阿外楼名字由来和品牌历史；中午前台帮我退房的帅哥雷维杉老远见到，还一眼认出了我。我特意有留意您们的工牌，目的也就是为了能够在此，准确的感谢到每一个人。祝工作顺利、开心！最后，这个酒店我印象深刻，值得推荐！
