一个标间、一个大床，房间都够大，没电梯，比较旧的装修，晚上很安静；离景区最近，这点意义不大，雁荡山景点分散，推荐包车，传说中的公交是一次也没看见；马路对面就是餐饮购物。早餐还可以，管饱。好像结算的价格比预订的低啊，搞不懂。
